Jazmin

Jazmin is a mental health advocate, life coach, and trauma-informed mentor with a strong passion for supporting individuals through healing, growth, and life transitions. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a background in leadership, operations, advocacy, and community building, she brings both professional experience and lived understanding into every space she enters.

As a wife and mother of two, Jazmin’s work is deeply rooted in her own journey of resilience, balance, and personal growth. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments where youth and adults feel seen, heard, and valued. Known for her compassionate and grounding presence, she focuses on building confidence, fostering connection, and helping others recognize their own strength and potential as they move forward in their healing journey.

Autumn

Autumn has a background in case management, mentoring, and youth advocacy. As the youngest in her family with much older siblings, she often wished she had the chance to be the “big sister.” Working with youth gives her the opportunity to fulfill that role—showing up for young people in the way she always hoped someone would for her. Autumn is passionate about building confidence, creating a sense of community, and helping youth and young adults believe in their own potential. She truly believes in being the change she wants to see in the world.

Ryan

Ryan is an aspiring physical education teacher with a strong passion for supporting and engaging young people. A graduate of Roxbury High School, he went on to earn a degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College. He currently works as a Special Education Aide, where he supports students with diverse learning needs in a compassionate and patient-centered way.

Ryan also brings several years of experience as a youth football coach and summer camp counselor, allowing him to connect naturally with children and young adults through movement, mentorship, and teamwork. He is known for being uplifting, personable, and highly relatable, and he consistently prioritizes creating a positive, encouraging environment where youth feel supported and motivated to grow.

David

David is a long-time Sussex County resident who returned as an adult to raise his family after growing up in the area. Since his return, he has built strong connections within the local community and consistently seeks ways to give back. In addition to his work with Bloom and Grow, David volunteers as a shift leader at Benny’s Bodega and, as a managing partner of a restaurant. He routinely coordinates school supply drives, food and toy collections, and other initiatives to support families and organizations across Sussex and Morris Counties.

Beyond his direct volunteer work, David is known for his ability to comfort and uplift those around him, using his energy and compassion to help others wherever possible. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, and watching sports.

Cassandra DeLucchi

Director of Programs and Partnerships

Cassandra is our dedicated Director of Program and Partnership, Life Coach/Mentor, and Parent Mentor passionately serving at-risk youth and young adults. She's a driving force behind the development and implementation of innovative programs designed to empower young people to thrive. Through one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and program management, Cassandra provides crucial support and guidance, helping individuals overcome obstacles, discover their potential, and build brighter futures. Her genuine care and belief in each individual inspires growth and empowers them to confidently face life's challenges and pursue their dreams. Cassandra has extensive experience working in the fields of domestic and sexual violence as well as human trafficking. She is deeply committed to advocating for and supporting individuals affected by these issues, bringing a compassionate and informed approach to her work. Her expertise spans a range of services, including crisis intervention, case management, and survivor empowerment.

Allen

Allen is a business owner, speaker, and man in long-term recovery. After overcoming addiction, he went on to build multiple supplement stores and launch his own brand, Hollow Labs. He is also a partner in Action Cultivate Excellence, a leadership group for men committed to growth, integrity, and impact.

Over the past four years, Allen has spoken to men in recovery and those transitioning out of incarceration, sharing his story of resilience and purpose. In one of his most notable efforts, he ran 72 miles across the Appalachian Trail to raise $63,000 for the Rescue Mission of Trenton. His work in the recovery community earned him the Inspirational Leadership in Recovery Award from the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Above all, Allen is a husband, father, and leader — and a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to change your life.

Megan

Meg brings a unique blend of experience working with both animals and youth, along with a passion for helping individuals build confidence, connection, and resilience. As an Animal Control Officer, she has seen firsthand the powerful bond between people and animals and the positive impact that connection can have on emotional healing and personal growth.

With more than eight years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Meg has developed a strong foundation in building trusting relationships, fostering independence, and creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive. She believes that animals can play a meaningful role in helping youth develop trust, empathy, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.

Meg is also proud to serve on the Board of SCARC, where she continues her commitment to advocating for and supporting individuals with disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and being around animals.

Alexis

Alexis has extensive experience in case management, family advocacy, and mentorship. As a former foster care and adoption mentor, she has worked to support, empower, and serve as a positive role model for youth and young adults as they navigate life challenges and become the best version of themselves. Alexis is committed to making a meaningful impact in the community and fostering a brighter future for those in need. In her free time, she enjoys trying new workout classes, exploring local parks, and volunteering her time to give back.

Brandon is the kind of person who leads with heart first. A dedicated educator, mentor, and motivator, he believes growth happens when people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely seen. Whether he’s helping students push past self-doubt, encouraging others through difficult moments, or simply showing up with consistency and care, Brandon brings passion and authenticity into everything he does.

Known for his ability to connect with people on a real level, he combines toughness with empathy — holding high standards while never forgetting the human side of success. His energy is driven by loyalty, resilience, and the belief that even the hardest seasons in life can shape stronger people.

Outside of teaching and mentoring, Brandon values self-improvement, discipline, humor, and meaningful conversations. He’s someone who understands heartbreak, perseverance, and the importance of staying genuine in a world that often rewards pretending. Whether in the classroom, in friendships, or in everyday life, he strives to leave people better than he found them. 

Bryan is an educator and mentor who is passionate about helping others grow with confidence, discover their purpose, and become the person they were created to be. With years of experience guiding students, young adults, and individuals through life's challenges, Bryan is committed to creating a safe, encouraging space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Bryan believes that every person has potential, and he is passionate about walking alongside others as they navigate obstacles, build resilience, and pursue meaningful personal growth. He approaches every mentoring relationship with compassion, authenticity, and a genuine desire to see others flourish.
